"That Toddling Town"

6 x 6"

I have a great feeling of achievement when I can complete a cityscape like this.  I hold my breath a lot when I tackle the buildings and the traffic.  You can hear me chant 'just keep swimming, just keep swimming' the whole time.

Wonderful! - the lights, the sky, and my favorite part: the little roof on the left that catches the last rays of sun. GREAT!

This is wonderful Karin! I think I would be pretty overwhelmed with this scene. I still remember how you taught us to simplify a scene but whoa.
I am not sure what "toddling" means. New one for me. One of my sons lives very close to Michigan Avenue. Love Chi town!

there is magic in this one! I love how the beauty of the man-made and man designed landscape is the main feature, but the sky beyond is breathing! it really is wonderful
