I am loving your paintings. Especially your Amish ones. We have a friend who used to be Amish. So my interest is peaked in that area. Thanks for sharing!
As much as I loved the other two Amish countryside pieces, this one actually made me gasp when the page loaded. This is simply gorgeous, Karin. Beautifully done.

I really like you paintings, they dont seem typical American but rather like old european picures - But you style is unique
The composition you have chosen in this painting is amazing. You had so many options yet this works so well! I love it!
The Amish in out area have cover buggies that they drive to town. I love this one of the farmer, great colors and brush work
Oh, I love those brushstrokes and the fresh (not over-worked) colors. Can't wait to see what you are working on next. Solid artwork!!!!
you are very, very talented! i'm glad i discovered you on 'blogs of note'!
Okay, question: do you teach classes?
I like your style and technique. I am an amateur photographer, and I live close to Amish country.

Hi, I love your work, particularly your loose style, which captures beautifully the mood of whatever you're painting.
I'm a great admirer of painters like yourself who can capture so much with a few loose brushstrokes.
Myself, I work very tight and have trouble 'loosening up'. Need to try it more! ;)
Gorgeous. So much detail on such a small canvas!
I love your work! This is one of my favorites. It has a very Van Gogh feeling to it, and he just happens to be my favorite artist of all time!
