And here's one more new pieces to add to the show - and I included one of my favorite paintings, John Singer Sargent's "Mrs. Fiske Warren and Her Daughter Rachel".

This new painting will be included in my July show at 16 Patton, in Asheville.

I like the play and tension between the figure and the inanimate figures in the Sargent painting. Reminds me of Rockwells "Art critic" painting in that manner.

o m g . . . . did the viewer really wear those colors . . . and did she really carry that color bag? that's just too perfect!! and those shoes...

I agree with Todd: the tension / relationship between the viewer and painting is wonderful. Thanks again for sharing your work.
