"Waiting on Lasagna"

5 x 7"

It is so great to be back to painting again. On Christmas day, I made lasagna, put it in the oven, came out to my studio and squeezed out a brand new palette of paint. Honestly, the colors were so intoxicating - I just dabbled in a little bit of everything.
This was a little restaurant I spotted in Savannah, back in the spring.

I had your thumbnail page bookmarked and wondered why there had not been any new paintings added recently. Today I was re-reading some of the comments and saw that your program had crashed. Sorry to hear that... but I am so glad to find your new paintings here!

Actually I was looking for the post where you explained your painting process, but I couldn't find it. Could you tell me where it is?

Thanks!

Doug - I think you're referring to the page where I posted a short video of painting the crowd around the "Rainy Day, Paris Street"? When I had crashing issues, I deleted several items that I thought might be causing the problems, including that page. Even though it was a temporary fix, it turned out to be a bigger problem. I'll get that back on this blog in the next few days for those who've asked. I appreciate your reminder.
