Tuesday at the Academy

Before I dragged my bones back out there - I wanted to share some work that my students are painting. It's been a great experience for me and I'm really, really proud of all the group.

The painting below was my demo for this morning.

The student work is so impressive! I was wondering if you're planning to sell your demo painting. My living room is crying out for some sunshine yellow :)

I love seeing the student work. Are they using your photos as reference? Or, did you walk around and have them shoot?

Karin,

When are you going to do a workshop in San Francisco.... Eagerly waiting.
Please plan a workshop in bay-area soon.

I see several of your students using laptop computers to project the reference digitally. Can you comment on this and do you use a laptop for projecting your references also.

I see why you're proud. Their work is wonderful from what I can tell of a photo of a painting! Nice to see the photographic image next to the created one.
