A couple, with a mutual love for yellow pants, browsing the galleries in the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This painting is one of two that will be auctioned in the annual Charleston Art Auction, taking place November 7th - my second year participating in the event and I'm very excited.

You have captured this quite well indeed. I love the way you have treated the light and folds of the fabrics.

ReplyDeleteThen The positions of the figures and their different sizes has a way of luring me into the painting examining many of the elements in the gallery,the large painting, the stool, and the white description plaque. I love the sense of depth and movement. Best of luck for this painting at the auction and thanks for sharing.
The perspective with the two figures really gives it a lot of depth!
