I feel this need, almost every day, to put aside these more-realized paintings and loosen up with something small. I'm gonna try that for a while. For one, it keeps me sane - and two, I've got several road trips ahead of me that I'm hoping to save up for.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad to see you back painting some smaller pieces. I've definitely missed them! And as much as i enjoyed your faces, I always loved your scenes. Glad to have you back for daily (sort of) paintings.
ReplyDeleteYou might be interested to know that the Amish are buying land out here in Colorado. Seems like it's getting too expensive and not enough, in PA. In fact, yesterday I was down in the San Luis Valley in South Central CO and saw an Amish buggy sign along a road.
