Sometimes I'm just in the mood to paint bold, vivid, quick and loose - especially when it comes to food.

  20. Quite impressive, karin. I like your style, but am also curious as to why you use only board. Is that because it takes the knife more easily, and is easier to wipe off?

  25. I love ths painting. I adore the way you used the color- it is so vibrant and eye catching. I also enjoy the way you use your paint- absolutely wonderful. Even your composition itself is great. Nice work, I am an artist as well, but painting is certainly not my strong suit. I admire your work- keep it up!

  26. Karin, my question to you before concerned the use of pallet knives. Do you use them? Why do you use only masonite board? Like I said, I like your style and subject matter in almost every example; great work.
