I know ...... it's different than you may expect of me. That intense color surrounding the whippet just happened. Whippets are pretty intense - perhaps it's fitting. I like it.

Hi Karen, I have neglected to check you blog lately. I love this painting. Very stong design..I love the repeated horizontal leash & shadow lines and how they make for interesting negative shapes contrasting with the verticle shape of the whippet. The orange is perfect! Will add you to my Favorite Artist blogs so I can check in often.
