"True Grit"

10 x 10"
oil on panel
sold

This new painting was one of three included in the Hilton Head Art Auction taking place on November 8th and hosted by the Morris & Whiteside Gallery.

I wanted to paint a museum scene and chose one of my personal favorite paintings, Andrew Wyeth's famous 'Christina's World', which hangs in New York City's Museum of Modern Art.

Bonjour,

Je suis émerveillée devant cette très jolie oeuvre. Deux dans une !

Je suis certaine qu'elle va attirer de nombreux regard lors de son exposition prochaine.

♡ Gros bisous ♡

Love this painting. Sleek and Sexy! I visited the Olson House in Cushing Maine this past June.Very surreal to stand on the same spot where "Christina's World" was painted. Andrew Wyeth is buried in a field nearby.
