"Floor Plans"

In the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, weary patrons take to the lobby benches to rest and navigate where they'll go next. This new painting will be included in the grouping 8 Squared, opening this Saturday night at the 16 Patton Gallery.

I was just there a few days ago and recognize this scene. Beautifully captured. The bench placed a bit diagonally adds some interest. Well done!

Great perspective and color. That habit of tilting the viewer's look at the subject is one of your hallmarks, I think.
