A Little Glimpse

small detail

Wouldn't you know it - I get the chance of a lifetime, to be written up in the February issue of American Artist magazine and even got on the cover - and I can't show any new paintings until the beginning of March. Folks, I am painting like a madwoman - just know it. Above is a little glimpse of the piece I finished this evening. These new paintings will be in my solo show, opening March 13th - please - please keep your eyes out for the new work. The majority of the paintings will be from our nation's capitol, Washington DC - indoor and outdoor scenes. I'm hoping I won't disappoint.

Meanwhile, I'll be doing a few small pieces to keep myself limber. So I hope you'll continue to visit regularly, as well as to my website.

Bravo Karin! I can't wait for the magazine to come out and I'm saving it for an autograph! You are a wonderful mentor and the best example for other artists. You are one of the hardest working artists I know and it helps keep me going! Nancy
