After painting a variety of dogs for the upcoming show - it was time to paint a cat. My cat, Willy, who's usually a mass of black fur, except when he is bathed in sunshine.

What a wonderfully dynamic composition - you can just feel the kitty pausing, and thinking about moving again. Lovely.
